I was greeted by a friendly staff member the moment I walked in, she was very approachable, asked lots of questions that were relevant, and immediately took me over to items that fit my needs. She was not pushy, she was very informative and knowledgeable.

Jacklyn is such a great groomer for my dog Zohan and he looks great every single time! The grooming report that she sends home is also a cute added bonus :)
